LimGaNe Brand Renewal Design
LimGaNe is a 24-hour rice soup specialty restaurant situated in the heart of the Yonge and Finch neighbourhood in North York. Renowned for meticulously crafting comforting and flavourful rice soup dishes, the restaurant offers a warm and casual atmosphere, welcoming both locals and visitors alike.
LimGaNe has recently undergone a renewal of its logo and menu, aiming to establish a new direction and coherence with its identity. A stamp, regarded as both a symbol representing oneself and an object stamped onto documents to verify responsibility and authority, served as inspiration for this redesign. While preserving tradition, the new logo and stamp bear the phrases "Rice soup that boiled extended period at LimGaNe" and "LimGaNe Homemade," symbolizing both the commitment to tradition and the future direction as a specialized rice soup restaurant. The design aims to leave a lasting impression, reflecting the hope that it will be engraved for an extended period.
